Before you message us
Do you work remotely or does someone come on-site?
Most RouterOS configuration is done remotely over Winbox or SSH once we have temporary access. On-site visits are available around Nairobi and can be arranged for other counties for larger jobs.
Which MikroTik models do you support?
Any RouterOS device — hAP, RB series, CCR, and CRS switches included. Send the model and current setup on WhatsApp and we'll confirm scope before starting.
What if my router isn't MikroTik?
We also configure Ubiquiti and general Linux-based gateways — see Ubiquiti Point-to-Point or ask us directly.
How is this priced?
Pricing depends on scope — a single hotspot setup differs from a multi-site PPPoE rollout. Send details on WhatsApp for a firm quote before any work begins.
